Warranty Policy
Areion Diesel reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to remain informed of the current terms. Please read this warranty policy carefully, as it will help you understand how we investigate and award warranties on our products. You agree that by purchasing products from Areion Diesel, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the warranty policy. If you disagree with the terms in this Warranty Policy, you are expressly prohibited from purchasing from Areion Diesel and must discontinue use immediately.
Areion Diesel USA Inc, or any of its subsidiaries warrants products of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale.
The warranties provided herein shall not apply to:
● Components or parts not manufactured by Areion
● Designated remanufactured parts or equipment
● Products branded or manufactured by other OEMs, even if sold or distributed by Areion

Warranty coverage for third-party or remanufactured products is limited to the terms provided by the original manufacturer. For information regarding specific coverage outside the scope of this policy, please contact your authorized representative.
Policy
For Areion turbochargers and components, the warranty period is 12 (twelve) months beginning from the date of sale to the first user, not to exceed 18 months from the date of shipment from Areion. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of record.
If a defect in material or workmanship is found during the warranty period, Areion will provide a replacement turbocharger or component during normal business hours at an Areion Diesel
place of business. This warranty is limited to the replacement of parts only; Areion assumes no responsibility for labor, removal, installation, or transportation costs. All freight charges for returned parts and outgoing replacements are the sole responsibility of the customer. This responsibility includes all applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the transport of the product.
The purchaser is solely responsible for the secure packaging and safe transit of all products returned for warranty investigation. Areion Diesel is not liable for any damage occurring during shipment to our facility. Any products received with transit damage will be documented and may be disqualified from warranty consideration at Areion’s sole discretion.
Areion assumes no responsibility for product failures resulting from environmental conditions or acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, flooding, lightning, extreme weather exposure, or corrosive atmospheres. This warranty does not cover damages caused by external site factors or the presence of airborne debris and contaminants that exceed the design specifications of the turbocharger or component.
Replacement turbochargers or components provided under this warranty are warranted only for the remaining duration of the original product's warranty period. All parts or components
replaced under the terms of this warranty shall become the property of Areion. In the event a warranty claim is denied, the customer’s turbocharger or component will be returned only at the customer’s expense; items not claimed within 30 days of denial may be scrapped at Areion’s
discretion.
The purchaser is solely responsible for providing documented proof of the original sale and installation dates to establish warranty eligibility. Areion’s warranty obligations do not extend to the cost of consumables—such as oil, filters, or coolant—associated with a replacement, nor does it cover labor expenses, including premium or overtime rates, local taxes, or any freight and transportation charges. The purchaser must provide timely notice of any warrantable failure and promptly make the product available to be sent in for investigation. The purchaser is responsible for the performance of all required maintenance—including the use of proper fuel, oil, lubricants, and coolant—as well as the replacement of items due to normal wear and tear. Please be advised that the failure to perform required maintenance, the failure to follow
industry-standard installation practices, or the inability to provide documented proof of such maintenance may void this warranty.
Areion is not responsible for failures resulting from the use of attachments or accessory items not sold by Areion. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover failures caused by abuse, neglect, improper storage, or incorrect repair, including the installation of parts or assembled components into contaminated systems. Areion assumes no liability for damages resulting from a user’s delay in making the product available to be returned for warranty investigation after being notified of a potential problem, nor for failures caused by unauthorized repairs, improper system adjustments, or unauthorized changes to fuel settings. Additionally, this warranty is limited strictly to the covered Areion product; Areion is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any additional parts, engines, or equipment damaged as a result of a defective turbocharger or component.
In addition to fuel setting changes, this warranty is rendered void if the product is installed on an engine utilizing unauthorized Engine Control Module (ECM) modifications,
performance-enhancing software 'chips,' or any aftermarket tuning that alters the manufacturer’s original operating parameters. Areion is not liable for failures where the product was subjected to boost levels, temperatures, or rotational speeds exceeding original equipment specifications.
All warranty claims must be authorized by Areion Diesel via phone or email prior to the removal of the turbocharger or component from the vehicle or equipment. Coverage is subject
to all stated limitations and exclusions and is determined on a case-by-case basis. Upon receipt of the product, Areion will conduct a technical investigation and aims to resolve the claim within
1-2 business days. We will communicate exclusively with the individual listed on the Warranty Document, who must match the original purchaser of record. Once the investigation is
concluded, we will provide a formal warranty report detailing our findings. If the claim is approved, Areion will, at its discretion, provide either a credit or a replacement component based on the specific circumstances of the failure.
Neither the foregoing express warranty nor any other warranty by Areion, express or implied, shall apply to any item sold by Areion that is warranted directly to the user by its original manufacturer. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Remedies under this warranty are strictly limited to the provision of materials and services as specifically outlined herein. Areion Diesel USA shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or equipment downtime. Areion further excludes all liability for, or arising from, any negligence on its part—or on the part of its employees, agents, or representatives—in respect to the manufacture or supply of goods or the provision of services relating to such goods.
This warranty covers components of the products manufactured by Areion Diesel. Claims under this warranty must be submitted to an authorized Areion place of business or another source explicitly approved by Areion. Areion’s obligations under this warranty are subject to, and shall not apply in contravention of, the laws, rules, regulations, directives, ordinances, orders, or statutes of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction. Areion shall have no recourse or liability in the event that warranty fulfillment is restricted by such legal or regulatory requirements.
