personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Areion Diesel (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Areiondiesel.com website and any related media channels or mobile applications (the “Site”).

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”) and the trademarks and logos (the “Marks”) are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. No part of the Site may be exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY

We strive for accuracy; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, part numbers, or images are error-free. All parts are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors. If your payment method has been charged and we cancel the order, a full refund will be issued. Certain diesel components may require a "Core Charge." This deposit is refundable only upon receipt and inspection of a rebuildable core as defined by our Core Return Policy.

INSTALLATION & SAFETY LIABILITY

Areion Diesel is a supplier of parts and is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.It is the responsibility of the purchaser or the installer to verify that the part is correct before installation.We assume no liability for labor costs, towing, or incidental damages resulting from the use or installation of parts.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Areion Diesel's liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question. In no event shall our aggregate liability for any other damages exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain warranties; in such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

PRODUCT NATURE & COMPLIANCE

Our products are designed for on-road applications and are intended to restore vehicles to their original operating specifications. It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure that any replacement part complies with their specific local, state, and federal emissions regulations. For California residents, users must verify that the replacement part is appropriate for their vehicle's model year and emissions tier (e.g., pre-smog exemptions or CARB-compliant replacements).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product
price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & SMS

By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. If you provide a mobile number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages regarding your order status.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will alert you about changes by
updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the date such revised
Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
