Shipping and Return Policy
Areion Diesel reserves the right to modify or amend this shipping policy & return policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to remain informed of the current terms. By purchasing products from Areion Diesel, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these policies. If you disagree with these terms, you are prohibited from purchasing from Areion Diesel and must discontinue use of the products immediately.
Areion Diesel ships with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL for orders considered non-truck freight. We primarily serve the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. For orders outside the United
States & Canada, customers are required to ship to a freight forwarder and are responsible for all shipping costs and customs fees.
To ensure security and eliminate credit card fraud, Areion requires that your billing information exactly match the credit card provided for the transaction. We require the address provided in the shipping line to match with the billing location. If you request shipment to an address different from your billing address, we require a copy of your driver’s license and truck VIN number to be emailed at sales@areiondiesel.com before the order can be processed.
Most products will ship within 1–3 business days, though exceptions may occur for back-ordered, special orders, direct-ship items, or blind shipped items. Please be aware that expedited shipping options will not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays when Areion facilities are closed, and weekend deliveries are subject to carrier guidelines and are not
guaranteed for all areas.
All freight charges for outgoing shipments, returned parts, and outgoing replacements are the sole responsibility of the customer. This responsibility extends to all applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the transport of the product. Areion assumes no responsibility for labor, removal, installation, or transportation costs, including premium or overtime rates and local taxes. Furthermore, Areion is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of profits, equipment downtime, or shipping delays due to weather, unforeseen incidents, or other acts of nature.
Regarding new and unused components, Areion Diesel allows for returns only within 30 days from the original date of sale. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in strictly unused condition. All such returns must be authorized by Areion Diesel via phone or email prior to shipment. The purchaser remains solely responsible for the secure packaging and safe transit of these items, as Areion Diesel is not liable for any damage occurring during shipment to our facility. Any items received with transit damage will be documented and may be disqualified from return or warranty consideration at Areion's sole discretion.
For warranty-related returns, all claims must be authorized by Areion Diesel prior to the removal of the component from the equipment or part. The purchaser must provide documented proof of the installation dates or dates of rebuilding to establish eligibility. Additionally, the purchaser may be required to provide the failed part with the component still inside; if you remove the component and send only the component individually, Areion will deny your return or claim. Upon receipt of the product, Areion aims to conduct a technical investigation and resolve the claim within 7-15 business days, communicating exclusively with the original purchaser of record.
Please be advised that all non-stock, special order, and out-of-stock items are considered final sales and are not eligible for return. This policy applies to all such items, including parts that are delivered up to one year after the special order is placed. Furthermore, any down payment or deposit required to secure these products is strictly non-refundable. By proceeding with a special order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms as part of the binding
purchase agreement.
Before initiating a return or warranty claim for any component, Areion Diesel encourages the purchaser to engage in a technical consultation to verify proper installation and performance. To minimize equipment downtime and prevent unnecessary shipping costs, our technical team is available at 562-287-4060 or sales@areiondiesel.com to assist with troubleshooting prior to the removal of the component from the part or equipment. This pre-authorization support aims to resolve issues through technical adjustment or guidance, potentially bypassing the 7-15 business day technical investigation period required for formal claims. Participation in technical troubleshooting does not waive the purchaser’s right to a formal claim but serves to ensure that only truly defective products are processed for return.
If a claim is denied, the component will be returned at the customer's expense, and any items not claimed or for which return shipping is not arranged within 30 days of a denial may be
scrapped at Areion's discretion. Our shipping and return obligations are subject to the laws and regulations of the United States and other applicable jurisdictions, and Areion shall have no recourse or liability if fulfillment is restricted by such legal or regulatory requirements.
